Gene from F.C.S. came out and inspected the A.C. unit from top to bottom. He also explained what he was doing and informed me about the job he was doing. No issues to report, he added some Pro-Treat 200 to the inside of the unit. He showed me some other items to watch for. He also found a couple of U/V light bulbs that were not working, and the company would replace them, no charge. I would just have to purchase them myself. Kelly, who I talked to on the phone, was also polite and professional like Gene. I would use this company again, and Gene also told me he is available for any emergency calls. Gene also came out to replace a burnt blower motor on our unit, thanks.
Second Review:
F.C.S. offers a membership to become a Fan Member. They provide two complimentary maintenance visits to keep your unit running smoothly. Make sure you ask about the service provided; the filters are only cleaned if they are the type that can be cleaned. The price of new filters are sold with a discount, which are still more than the ones you can get at the hardware stores or online, which is the best way to replace these filters.

We've been using this company for over a year now, and they provide great service and have courteous, professional employees. Kelly, who is outstanding, letting us know when our maintenance service is needed. Vinny was the technician who visited us today, and he explained and answered all my questions. He informed me how the A.C. unit is working and a description of the maintenance that was performed. Vinny is an excellent, educated employee who did an outstanding job, thank you!
Update 12/30/2025:
We finally had to replace our HVAC unit after 20 years.
Vinny, who is an outstanding, excellent, and experienced employee, removed the old unit and added a 4-ton HVAC unit by himself in one day. F.C.S. gave us a good price and was there to install our new system on Monday right after Christmas.
